I had been hypothesizing this set up earlier this spring, but yesterday was as good as any to give it a try. I have a very small landing outside my second story apartment, most of it is consumed by my garden, so I have no room for a grill. However, stack some bricks, get out my big Lodge griddle, and my MSR camp stove, and get to grilln’! The set up worked out and it was really fun to cook out side! I kept the fare simple since it was some what of an experiment, but next time I can go for it.
