I just learned that next Sunday the 26th the famous Portland cheese monger Steve Jones of Cheese Bar, and the Mediterranean bistro Tabla will join forces to host the Ultimate Cheese Challenge! There will be four tastings that are two hours each, up to 36 cheeses hand picked by Steve and paired with wines, ciders, and beer, and the tickets are $49 and are available here.
