I just received a free issue of Cook’s Illustrated, and I think I may buy. This is the loving paper edition of America’s Test Kitchen, and all their hard work… and I do mean hard. Just a few pages into this publication and the hard work and endless time they put into working out the kinks and isolating the variables of their recipes is obvious! I tried their traditional lasagna recipe and it is very good, I will post that next.
