For a while now I have been watching a small corner spot with a liquor license in the window and a great garden just down the street from my home. Finally some signage went up that read Skin & Bones, and my curiosity pegged. Today I just stopped by and snooped around the joint till owner Caleb Mcbee (think the mind behind Apotheke) came to the door and shook my hand, he had an inviting smile and was very accommodating to my poking around. He didn’t reveal too much, but it does sound like we can be expecting to see an open table in the next few weeks. I’m not sure about you, but the thought of a small, high quality bistro run by the likes of Mcbee in the Mt. Tabor hood makes ‘011 look pretty optimistic! Check back for the meal.
