Yesterday I met a few friends at Andina, whom of which work there, for some seafood. I got my fill on small plates and it was perfect! The oysters were amazing, and yes I know they are not in season, but these were great and local! Also pictured is the grilled octopus and seared salmon belly with seared goat cheese and scallions. The salmon belly was an off menu item the chef sent out… it pays to eat with the staff!
