Foie At Evoe 8.24.2011

Worked at home all morning and got a late start to my day out side. I had Evoe in my sights today for a nice mid afternoon breakfast. Four things… foie gras, sauteed peaches, stone fruit butter, and walnut bread. Three words… kill me now! This was to die for, I was enjoying this dish so much the lady adjacent to me said “it must be good, I can hear you moaning”.  The harmony between these components was utterly seamless, perfection. Evoe never disappoints.
