Bouillabaisse 9.11.2011

I have been craving a bouillabaisse for over a month now, and yesterday I finally got around do making one.  It was a hot day, but I did not let that deter me. I used Cod, Mussels, bay scallops, and oyster mushrooms, but what really made it deep was home made shellfish stock and a hand full of chopped parsley from the garden! Yum!
