I opened my newly delivered Bon Appetit this morning and was confronted with a familiar sight. A quick little article highlighting compound butter as a staple in the BA arsenal. I sigh and think back to my blog posting on compound butter I did two months ago, admittedly half annoyed, half happy to be ahead of the BA curve. This happens somewhat regularly, but I couldn’t help not posting this example. So if you needed two opinions, now ya got em’, cause compound butter is a staple in my arsenal, as well as the chefs at BA now.
