Fish Before Feast 11.22.2011

With the Porchetta and the heritage turkey I am cooking in the next two days, I decided to eat solely fish for all meals before Wednesday. I only missed once, which was today at lunch when I had a sandwich from Bunk, it was a good trade though. My dinner last night was really yummy so I decided to have it again and blog it… I did Pacific Cod poached in miso, ginger, and white wine, finished with sauce made from the poaching liquid and scallions and fresh grated ginger on top. It was bright and vibrant, but luscious enough for a winter night meal.
