Stock For Fall Pt. 3

Being fully confronted with the perils of winter, I figured I should wrap up my stocking the larder episodes. This is my icebox as we head into the depths of winter, as you can see it is chocked to the brim with preserved harvest from this year. Sauces include tomato, eggplant cream, eggplant & tomato, eggplant & sausage, as well as shell fish stock, chicken stock,  and turkey stock, and a multitude of compound butters. These simple items will be like cold bricks of gold come February, and the aromas and taste will transport me back to my garden on a hot summer evening.
