Fried Pears At Boke Bowl

Yesterday at lunch my friend Lindsey took me to Boke Bowl. It is a ramen spot that is big, airy, and set up cafeteria style. They served us some really great ramen while we watched the noodle maker at his station busy making the fresh noodles. Among the ramen they have some really unique menu items, and based on a tip from George Koop part of the Beast crew, we ended up ordering the fried pears! The pears are hot, chewy, and savory with delicate sweetness interlaced,  so they easily stand out as a special dish all on their own. Check ’em out!
