Today was a decidedly meat centric day. I started things off right with a trip to Olympic Provisions for lunch, there I had the saucisson d’ arles, chorizo andalucia, pork rillettes, and pork liver mousse, with a young Sauternes to drink. Olympic is always running at 110%, and never fails to truly please. Tonight I am aiming for foie gras for dinner…pt. 2 to follow.
